“Five stars for John Feeney! He was great. My husband and I were moving to Loveland from the Denver area and needed help deciding where to live in Loveland. He met with us on a Sunday afternoon to get a feel for the type of house we were looking for, the amenities we were interested in and the price range we were looking at. Since we drove up from Denver, he immediately pulled a list of homes meeting our criteria and drove us from the north end to the south end and finally recommended a brand new home in a newer subdivision. As soon as we walked in, I knew this was our house. He helped us negotiate a contract and brought up a few points we hadn’t thought of – like an inspection. We didn’t think an inspection would be necessary on a new house, but John was right. The inspection found a few things that needed to be corrected and the builder agreed. John followed up with the builder to ensure everything was taken care of before we moved in – and it was! “Our house hunting process was very frustrating due to the large volume of consumers in the area- John helped us every step of the way. John communicated effectively with both of us and showed us the 20th house as though it was the 1st. I felt confident that we would eventually find a home simply because John was upbeat and enthusiastic. Though the process was frustrating and long, I was very happy to have consistency in John who never hesitated to show us “another home” even if it was 9 o’clock at night. I am so happy that we found someone who we could trust to guide us in the right direction: John is very highly recommended. “John worked with us for 9 months to find a house. We were a bit picky and wanted to locate in a certain neighborhood. It was a highly desirable neighborhood and homes sold sometimes the same day as listed. John spotted a home that was for-sale-by-owner in the neighborhood. The owner had just put the sign in the ground. He immediately called us and arranged a viewing. It was a great home, (John knew exactly what we were looking for), and after meeting with the owner, placed an offer. Things have gone really smoothly and we closed the end of April. John was always there for us, answered our continual questions, and responded very quickly. We know there are many good realtors out there, but John was exceptional. We highly recommend him. “John was excellent to work with. We contacted him from out of state and we had no idea what we wanted or the area we were set on, just a region and a place to put a horse at some point. He was very patient and did a lot of research for us trying to find the best deals and areas for us to look at. When we were not in town he even went with my in-laws to look at homes for us. Definitely recommend John Feeney!”
