Aug 6-10^th – Mark the Larimer County Fair Off Your List of Things to Do in NOCO

One event worth checking out is The Larimer County Fair taking place at The Ranch or Larimer County Complex on August 6th to the 10th, 2021.  This festival includes fun activities like live music, arts and crafts vendors, food trucks and much more! You can also stock up on some delicious ‘Rocky Mountain Oysters’ at the festival or pick up some unique gifts from local artists and crafters. No matter what you enjoy you’ll find something for everyone at this iconic event.

Aug 6^th – Golfers Get Out Those 9-Irons for a Wonderful Cause

The Mariana Butte Golf Course will be the backdrop for this incredible fundraiser known as Dr. Stan Scheer Memorial Student Opportunity Fund. Formerly a superintendent of Thompson Education Foundation, Dr. Scheer’s program provides the difference in monies distributed to Loveland’s less fortunate children to attend school and provide additional training for leadership to individual academic excellence. Awesome cause and we hope everyone has a good time competing at the tournament.

Aug 7^th – Is the Day for Family Pet Education

JAX Outdoor Gear Ranch & Home will provide an educational experience for pet owners where you can also get your pet needed veterinary care. Professionals will be on the scene to answer any of your fur baby’s wellness questions. They will also provide vaccinations for the animals at a discounted rate.

Aug 8^th – Show Your Appreciation for Benson Park’s Sculpture Exhibit

Now known as the largest outdoor sculpture show in the country, Loveland’s very own sculpture museum provides insight and inspiration. Works of art materials can be anything from glass to bronze. With every step, you’ll be intrigued by the intricate detail with creations from the nation’s best sculptors. Be sure to stroll through and take in the beautiful scenery.

Aug 11^th– Block Party in Fort Collins, Colorado

Immanuel Church in FOCO provide a wonderful family atmosphere for this FREE block party. Grab a hot dog or burger with the kiddos who can take part in face painting, bounce houses and cooling off with an ice cone. Just another way to have a blast for summertime.

Aug 11^th – It is Time to Get Social at Vinyasa & Vino

Our sister city of Fort Collins will introduce you to some incredible wines after your vinyasa practice. Genesis Health Club offers a social club where couples and singles meet for some recreation and activity. Relaxing poses are taught by instructor, Corrina who will lead you through this lesson. How fun does this sound?

Aug 13^th – Add More Enjoyment to Summer at Night on the Town

Regardless of it being Friday the 13^th, downtown Loveland is providing a canvass for our fine arts galleries and local business owners. Indulge in some of the best food and drinks found in Northern Colorado while building your appreciation for fine arts. Aug 19^th – Get a Chance to Stir it Up at the STIR Social Mixer

If you are in the young professional category, this is the event for you. Start networking to see your business grow all while having a good time doing so at this monthly event. Aug 21^st – Support Community Kitchen at the Hiking Fundraiser

Walk alongside Teddy and other Loveland, Coloradoans raising money with this hiking fundraiser. A client of Community Kitchen, Teddy envisions others who walk side by side building a stronger community while caring for underprivileged residents. In addition to the hike, you can make friends at the luncheon provided by Sylvan Dale’s Heart J Center for Experiential Learning. It is important to note Locals have joined forced for the 4^th-year. However, this year’s hike is important as 60% of our neighbors are struggling from unemployment and poverty. Eager to do our part in helping.

Aug 25^th – Biz & Brews Networking Night Meets Perfect Business Connections

Verboten Brewery will host the Loveland Chamber of Commerce Biz & Brews meetup. Share some suds and make new buds with this fun meeting.  Whether you’re looking to hire or make connections for building your company, this is a wonderful group who will connect the dots.

Aug 27^th – Join Residents & Visitors for Loveland’s 125^th Anniversary Corn Roast Festival!

Whether you’re a participant of a corn shucking contest or the innocent guest in the beer garden, you won’t want to miss this fun time. Food vendors, local artisans, and a ton more activity is in the line-up for this annual event nearly all residents love attending.

One Sweet Summer – Wednesday Concerts till Aug 25^th

If you like music from the locals, take advantage of Loveland’s free concert series, titled “One Sweet Summer.” Performances can be heard from musicians like Gasoline Lollipops and the Wendy Woo Band. While you’re hanging out downtown, don’t forget to indulge with a sweet dessert by none other, than Gypsy Cupcakes. That is ‘Double-Sweet!’
